Operating Framework

1. USE AGREEMENT

By accessing Zyndrix AI Agency, you accept the operation protocols that govern our AI. Zyndrix 'Nuclear Systems' are provided to boost lawful and ethical business operations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Zyndrix design, interface (UI) and proprietary algorithms are exclusive intellectual property. The results generated by the system belong to the client subject to the terms of the individual service contract.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zyndrix IA is not responsible for the interpretations or decisions made by autonomous agents based on incorrect or incomplete data provided by the final user.
